Important Notice to All Buyers

To ensure a smooth, secure, and efficient transaction process, all buyers are required to meet the following documentation prerequisites before submitting an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) to Process Integration Ltd.
As a direct principal trader, we maintain strict operational protocols to verify the seriousness and capability of all counterparties. Failure to provide the following will result in the immediate rejection of any ICPO.

1. Logistic Verification

Proof of logistical capability is mandatory. Buyers must provide evidence of one of the following:
  • For Tank Storage: A valid Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) or Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) for product held in storage. This documentation must enable your tank storage agent to issue a formal Notice of Readiness (NOR).
  • For Vessel Lifting: A valid Charter Party Agreement (CPA) confirmed via official charter party verification channels.

2. Proof of Funds (POF)

Financial capability must be demonstrated via a formal attestation letter issued by your legal counsel or a direct bank instrument.
  • Note: We do not accept screenshots, informal emails, or unverified statements as proof of funds.

3. Third-Party Inspection Account

An active and verifiable account with a recognized international inspection agency is mandatory for all transactions.
  • Accepted Agencies: SGS, Intertek, or equivalent ISO-certified inspection bodies.
  • Buyers must be prepared to initiate inspection protocols immediately upon contract signing.

Process Integration Ltd operates with zero tolerance for fraud, time-wasters, or unverified intermediaries. These requirements are non-negotiable and are in place to protect the integrity of our supply chain and ensure that only qualified, capable end-buyers engage with our operations.
